§ 12.08. Effective date of this charter and terms of present officers.

Latest version.

This charter shall take effect on the date or at the times stated in the amending ordinance. The first election under this charter shall be held on the date herein specified, in the year 1969. The terms of all present elected officers shall continue unchanged to the expiration of such terms. Thereafter, only such elected officers as are provided for herein shall be elected.
