§ 1.01. Name and boundaries.

The City of Fairmont, in the County of Martin and State of Minnesota, upon the taking effect of this charter, shall continue to be a municipal corporation, under the name and style of the City of Fairmont, with the same boundaries as now are or hereafter may be established.
