§ 14-42. License.

Latest version.

No person shall, directly or indirectly, keep for retail sale, sell at retail, or otherwise dispose of any tobacco in any form unless a license therefor shall first be obtained from the city. Separate licenses are required for the sale of tobacco at more than one (1) place of business. The fee for a tobacco license shall be determined by resolution.
