§ 15-4. Parades, demonstrations, etc.

No person shall participate in or conduct a public assembly, parade or other demonstration of a city or public right-of-way without a permit issued by the city administrator or his/her designee. Such a permit will be issued if the public safety will not be endangered thereby.
