It is unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park a vehicle except when necessary
to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the specific directions
of a police officer or traffic-control device on any private road or driveway, one-way
roadway, or laned highway, whether on public or private property, when any of said
roads, driveways, or roadways, or highways have been marked with an official traffic-control
device marked "NO PARKING—FIRE LANE."
