§ 16-52. Bicycle operation in certain locations prohibited.

No person shall ride a bicycle upon and along the sidewalks on either side of the public streets in the following locations:

Park Street between Blue Earth Avenue and Fourth Street.

Downtown Plaza between Webster Avenue and Fifth Street.

North Main Street between Blue Earth Avenue and Fourth Street.

First, Second, Third, or Fourth Streets between Park Street and Main Street.
