§ 16-60. Bicycle racing.

Bicycle racing is prohibited unless performed in a racing event which has been approved by the city council or an otherwise approved association or club. No person shall operate a bicycle with more than one (1) person thereon unless the same is equipped with two (2) seats and the bicycle is suitably designed to transport two (2) people.
