§ 16-77. Operation on certain property.

It shall be unlawful to operate a snowmobile upon private property without written permission of the owner or person entitled to give permission. It is unlawful to operate a snowmobile on any golf course, playground or any property posted "No Snowmobile" or "No Trespassing".
