§ 18-35. Rules and regulations.

(a)

The city council or director may issue administrative rules and regulations. Such rules must be approved by the council or park board.

(b)

It is unlawful for any person to use any city-owned or maintained parks, playgrounds, or recreational areas in any manner contrary to, or inconsistent with, rules and regulations adopted by the council and sign-posted at the entrance thereto, or sign-posted upon specific facilities to which such rules and regulations relate.
