§ 19-2. Exceptions.

This chapter shall not apply to:
(1)

Any sale under court order.

(2)

Any bona fide auction sale of real estate or an isolated sale of personal property used by the owner in maintaining his own household.

(3)

Newsboys.

(4)

A sale at wholesale to a retail dealer in the article sold.

(5)

The sale of farm or garden products by the person producing the same.
