§ 23-69. Issuance.

Latest version.

The city administrator shall issue such permit after:
(1)

Completion of the required investigation.

(2)

Payment by the applicant in advance of all estimated costs.

(3)

Agreement by the applicant to the conditions of time and manner of doing the work.

(4)

Agreement by the applicant to pay all actual cost of repairs over and above the estimate, including cost of the investigation.
