§ 25-803. Compliance with state standards and general standards.

The type, capacities, location, and layout of a private waste water disposal system shall comply with all recommendations of the department of public health of the state. No permit shall be issued for any private waste water disposal system employing subsurface soil absorption facilities where the area of the lot is less than five (5) acres. No septic tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any natural outlet.
