§ 2-1. City seal.

Latest version.

The city seal shall be kept in the custody of the city clerk and affixed by him/her to documents. The official city seal shall be a circular disk having engraved thereon "The City of Fairmont" and such other words, figures or emblems as the council may, by resolution, designate.
