§ 2-3. Civil defense.

The model municipal civil defense ordinance set forth in Bulletin No. 14, dated January 22, 1968, prepared and published by the state department of civil defense, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the city administrator, is adopted as the civil defense ordinance of the city. Every provision contained in such ordinance is hereby adopted and made a part of this section as fully as if set forth explicitly herein.
