§ 2-71. Council meeting agendas.

  • (a)

    The city clerk shall, prior to the appropriate regular council meeting, assemble the following items:

    (1)

    An agenda for the forthcoming meeting.

    (2)

    A statement showing the condition of each fund.

    (3)

    A compiled list of all claimants who have filed verified accounts claiming payment for goods or services rendered the city during the preceding month, such list to be called the "accounts payable listing."

    (4)

    A copy of all minutes to be considered and reports of division directors.

    (b)

    The city clerk shall cause to be mailed or delivered to the mayor and council members copies of all documents specified in subsection (a).
