§ 2-102. Division directors generally.

(a)

The divisions and departments of the city shall be under the supervision of division directors with responsibilities as set forth herein.

(b)

All division directors shall report directly to the city administrator.

(c)

The city administrator may rescind, modify, or reverse any action taken by any division director.

(d)

All division directors shall perform the duties required of their offices by state and federal law, the Charter, this Code, and such other duties not in conflict there with as may be required by the city administrator.
