§ 3-71. Presence of minors in licensed establishments.

No minor shall be employed in a room where "on-sales" are made and no such person shall be allowed to be or remain in such room unless accompanied by his parent or guardian, except that minors may be employed as musicians or to perform the duties of a busboy or dishwashing services.
