§ 3-76. Hours and days of sale.

No sale of intoxicating liquor shall be made between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any weekday and on Saturday. The sale of on-sale intoxicating liquor on Sundays is allowed between the hours of 10:00 a.m. on Sunday and 1:00 a.m. on Monday. Establishments serving liquor on Sunday must obtain a special license, pursuant to this Code and Minnesota Statute Section 340A.101, et seq.
