§ 16-47. Bicycle patrol officers.

(a)

The chief of police may appoint one (1) or more persons to serve as bicycle patrol officers.

(b)

Bicycle patrol officers have the same powers as any police officer to regulate the operation of bicycles in the city and to otherwise enforce the provisions of this article.
