§ 20-27. Members.

(a)

The planning commission shall consist of six (6) members and one (1) nonvoting council liaison. All voting members shall be appointed by the city council and shall serve a three-year term, with no more than one (1) term expiring each year. No member shall serve more than two (2) consecutive terms.

(b)

Members of the commission shall serve without compensation.

(c)

The community development director or his/her agent shall serve as an ex-officio nonvoting member of the commission.
