§ 20-28. Officers and meetings.

Three (3) members of the planning commission constitute a quorum, and all action by the commission requires the affirmative vote of a quorum. The commission shall elect from its voting members a chairman and vice chairman. The community development director or his/her agent shall provide secretarial and staff services to the commission.
