§ 25-301. Discount for prompt payment.

Utility bills shall be charged so that net bills paid before the twenty-fifth day of the month in which they are due will be discounted at a rate determined by resolution of the council from time to time. If payment is not made within such time, said bill shall be delinquent and the discount shall be forfeited by the customer.
