§ 2-239. Removal of members.

Any member of any board, commission, or citizen advisory committee may be removed from office by a two-thirds vote of the entire council, but such member shall be entitled to a public hearing before such a vote is taken. The council may remove a member without a hearing if he misses three (3) successive meetings.
