§ 2-238. Membership restrictions.

(a)

No appointed board, commission or citizen advisory committee member shall be an employee of the city.

(b)

Only residents of the city shall be considered for appointment to a board, commission or citizen advisory committee.

(c)

No person shall serve on more than one (1) board, commission or citizen advisory committee.
