§ 5-4. Inner tubes, air mattresses, etc.

No person shall use inflatable devices such as inner tubes, air mattresses, or floats on any body of water more than one hundred (100) feet from the shoreline. This section shall not apply to U.S. Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices or watercraft defined in Minnesota Statutes section 86B.005.
