§ 2-20. Regular meetings.

The regular meetings of the council shall be held on the second, and fourth Monday of each month in the council chambers of the city hall. Council meetings shall be at 5:30 p.m.

At the first regular meeting in January of each year the council shall determine the dates, if any, of meeting which may be rescheduled because of the regular meeting date falling on a holiday.
